Innkeeper Reception:
Local wine and hors d'oeuvres are served daily to our guests from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Rate includes a freshly prepared breakfast served each morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs if you let us know in advance. We also validate your parking in the Marsh Street Parking structure, so there are no costs to you.

Regarding Rates:
Overnight rates are for single or double occupancy. A 10% city room tax will be added. A two-night minimum is required for holidays and Special Event weekends. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are welcome.

"A Night at the Inn" is between $155 and $215, depending on the room or suite, package prices range to $285. An annual rate increase is in effect for all stays to $165 to $225 beginning May 25, 2006. Package prices will then range to $295. Rates are subject to change without notice.

If your plans change and you must cancel we require 7 full days notice to avoid a charge of the amount of one night rate of your canceled reservation. On shorter notice, it is the discretion of the Innkeeper and whether or not the room can be rented. This also applies to changing reservation dates.

Due to many antiques and a grand staircase the Inn is not suitable for children under 13. Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks. Please, as much as we love pets they must stay at your home!

Please avoid burning candles in the guest rooms, to avoid the potential fire hazard and as spilled wax may stain carpet or other items in the guest room. Any costs associated with wax stain removal will be charged a cleaning fee of $75 to the guest credit card on file.

*Special Note for rooms with Fireplaces:
Our fireplaces are gas only. Please keep them free of debris as incinerated items clog the pilot.

*Special note for rooms with Jacuzzis:
Because of the age and construction of the home, the vibrations of the Jacuzzi may carry through the house. Since this is the case, please use the Jacuzzi only between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
